The George Latimer Central Library, one of Saint Paul's most historic structures, continues to serve as the largest branch of the Saint Paul Public Library system.

Located across the street from Rice Park, the Central Library is easily accessible via the Skyway system through the RiverCentre Connection tunnel.

The library offers a vast array of services, programs, and resources for the community, including:
